Since the screw frequency did not significantly affect the rapeseed oil yield, the effects of nozzle diameter and head press temperature were investigated. Figure 2 shows these process factors on the rapeseed oil yield at three screw frequencies: 40, 50, and 60 Hz. The rapeseed oil yield increased with increasing the press head temperature.
